What's going on guys! In today's video I'm going to be going over an 8 minute cardio workout you can do from anywhere! You won't need any equipment and it's only 8 minutes so no excuses not to get your workout in! Exercises are format are below:

Exercise 1 - Star Jumps [40 Secs On, 20 Secs Rest]
Exercise 2 - Plank Up Downs [40 Secs On, 20 Secs Rest]
Exercise 3 - Tuck Ups [40 Secs On, 20 Secs Rest]
Exercise 4 - Hand Release Pushups [40 Secs On, 20 Secs Rest]

Repeat this 2X for 8 minutes, or even more rounds if you've got the time! Challenge yourself to see how many rounds you can do, and comment below how many you got done!
