5 Min To Stronger Knees

Here are some exercises you can do to get stronger knees in 5 min! Weak knees are a result of weak leg muscles such as weak quadriceps, hamstrings and glutes. This is why we should perform these low impact knee strengthening exercises to get stronger knees in just 5 minutes!

Make sure to complete this 5 minute twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening!

0:01: Glute Bridge
0:51: Seated Leg Extensions (L)
1:40: Rest
1:56: Seated Leg Extensions (R)
2:45: Hip Flexor Stretch
3:35: Rest
3:51: Standing Single Leg Curls (R)
4:40: Standing Single Leg Curls (L)
