This is a tutorial video on Shoulder workout. For this workout you don't need to go to the gym or any other fitness center. You just have to take a pair of dumbbells and perform the exercises which are explained in the video. Form is very important in doing any exercise. Follow the instructions and start building your shoulders at home. If you are a beginner then start with light weight, and then keep increasing the weight gradually.
