KUNG-FU TRAINING: LEARN HOW TO DO FRONT KICK | MANIX | Tushar Sinha | 2019

This is a tutorial video of how to do front kick. Front kick is known as 'Tan ti tui or Tan tui' in Chinese. "TUI" means "KICK". Straight kick is known as 'Than tui' in Chinese. You have to practice front and straight kick daily. Start with 25 kicks with each leg and gradually increase the repetition. If you want to place the kick at face level, as it has been shown in the video, you need to practice as much as possible. After practice, you need to open the front stretching. This will help to increase the height of your kick and will also improve the strength to hold them in the air. Always do Warm-Up before any workout. Watch our warm video and follow it carefully.
