5 Minute Pre Workout Warm Up

Funk takes you through a short 5 minute warm up that you can user before any metabolic or HIIT training so that you can tackle your workout at 100%. In the warm up we will target your CNS, cardiovascular system, hips, glute activation, shoulders, low back and everything you need to start your workout done injury free.

5 Minute Warm Up
Perform each exercise for 30 seconds of work on after the other for one round.

3. Hip Openers
4. Truck Rotations
5. Glute Bridges
6. Groin Openers top Hamstring Stretch
7. Arm Circles Forward
8. Arm Circles Reverse
9. Knee Circles
10. Knee Circles
