How I Survived For 6 Years On A Vegan Diet Before Quitting!

I have had multiple people ask me in the past after quitting a vegan diet last year after eating this way for almost 6 years, how did I manage to last this long on the vegan diet?

The people that tend to ask me this question are people who use to eat a vegan diet just like myself but for a much shorter period of time normally ranging from 1-2 years max before they quit due to the vegan diet destroying their health just like it did to mine as well.

In this video, I go into the full reasons on how I managed to survive on a vegan diet for 6 years before quitting, and as you will find out it was due to me trying insane amounts of different things to make the vegan diet work and a lot of the time the things I would try would make me feel good on the vegan diet but they were just band-aids.

Which looking back on my vegan diet journey was inevitable because I was trying to fix a malnourishing unsustainable diet time and time again and in the end, all of the band-aids would not work and for me to regain my health so I could truly thrive was to just switch to a carnivore diet for a period of time.
