Beginner Calisthenics Leg Workout - NO EQUIPMENT NEEDED

So for all your new calisthenics people out their here is an absolute beginner calisthenics leg workout video i have made just for you that can be done at home, in an airport, at a park and just about anywhere because it involves no equipment at all!

This beginner calisthenics leg workout routine consists of six different exercises squats, high knees, back of forth lunges, wall sit, single leg hip thrusts and jumping forwards.

You want to do ideally doing 12 reps on each exercise except the jumping forward of which you want to ideally perform 15 jumps and with the wall sit you want to hold it for 30-60 seconds.

I highly recommend trying to perform three rounds of all the exercises but if you cannot do this then just do as many as you possible can but make sure you do not stop to early because to get those gains you must really push yourself to your limit.

I have found for myself to achieve the body i have its involved a lot of mind of matter when training as its really intense when you push yourself to the max, so remember push through the pain to get those gains.

And you ideally want to be doing this workout at least once a week anywhere up to twice a week depending on what your leg goals are.
