This day of eating was not a normal day of eating for me as i travelled to Phuket, Thailand on the day i made this video but it gives you an idea of how i intermittent fast even whilst travelling and eat a vegan diet in combination to build muscle whilst keep my body fat percentage low.

A lot of people think its hard to intermittent fast but as a shown its really easy and when travelling it makes my life so much easier because i never need to bring food with me so i can travel as vegan minimalist.
