Chocolate Crunch Slice

This is a lovely simple recipe to make. It's good for lunch boxes, without the chocolate topping and fancy enough with the chocolate top to take to any gathering, cut as small or as large as you want :)

Recipe:
150g butter (1.5 sticks), 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 Tablespoon Golden Syrup
1 Cup brown sugar
3/4 Cup raisins
1 Cup plain flour & 1 teaspoon baking powder
2 T good quality dark cocoa
1/4 cup regular oats
1 Cup regular coconut - dessicated
Topping (optional)
1 Cup chocolate bits, 1 rounded teaspoon EV Coconut Oil
