A52 Ashbourne Road & Agard Street, Derby - Eastbound

The A52 runs cross-country for 146 miles / 235km from the Newcastle-under-Lyme in Staffordshire, through the cities of Stoke-on-Trent, Derby and Nottingham, then running for many miles in south Lincolnshire to terminate on the east-coast resort town of Skegness. It once ran further west to Nantwich in Cheshire, but this was scaled back when the A500 extension took place. There are a few improved sections and bypasses, but much of the route remains a single carriageway primary route.

This video shows an eastbound journey along the A52 Ashbourne Road and Agard Street in the City of Derby, from the roundabout with the A38 Derby western bypass, to junction 10 of the A601 Derby Inner Ring Road.
