Standing Abs Workout | 15 Min Home Abs Workout
This STANDING ABS workout will ignite your core!! This workout is a combination of bodyweight exercises and standing abs with weights so that you can really feel the burn in those abs. No laying down or floor ab exercises in this home workout. We are doing this one standing up the entire time. The key to targeting the abs is to keep your abs engaged and contracted the entire time. Focus on your movements and add pauses (holds) at the top to get those abs really burning!! Want a challenge? Repeat this ab circuit twice.

👉🏼 Equipment: One dumbbell (I'm using a 15lb dumbbell)
👉🏼 Timing: 50 Seconds Work, 10 Seconds Rest
👉🏼 Level: Medium
