Foot-soaking using Sahaja Yoga meditation techniques, is far more beneficial than a traditional foot spa, and cleanses your subtle system in a profound way.

BENEFITS OF FOOT SOAKING:
- enhances meditation state

- helps to improve focus and sleep better

THINGS YOU NEED TO PREPARE:
1. A tab or dishpan filled with lukewarm/cold water.
2. A handful of salt.
3. A mug with clean water for rinsing.
4. A towel to wipe your feet.
