Hey guys I’m back!

Another gym Vlog. My goal is to drop one a week + pick another day to drop separate fashion/lifestyle content. I’m thinking this Friday will be the start of our second day uploads 😇 —we shall see.

This episode we are again working full body with emphasis on BUILDING THIS BOOTY NATURALLY! Now that I have been working lower body for about two years and am finally seeing my glute mass increase I am focused on chiseling this figure.

To get a real hourglass shape you need to tone your back/arma and get the core tight! I still have back rolls - my core stability is not where I want it to be - and my posture still slightly sucks.

With this consistency, I am finally seeing progress.

Ladies please ask me any questions you may have, and also address anything else you’d like to see/or gain some fitness knowledge about.
