Hey guys! So if you’ve been keeping up —I’m traveling around and kinda not in a set schedule. My workouts have been staggered and my diet has been horrible. I’m out of shape. But - let’s get back to it!

My muscle definition is still intact. The goal is to tone, and build. My trainer Aaron couldn’t make it so I said screw it, and filmed anyway!
