What is creatine and how does it work?

This video presents an overview of creatine along with a detailed explanation of the molecular mechanisms involved with it. It also demonstrates how creatine supplementation impacts the molecular mechanism to provide benefits such as increased strength, increased muscle mass, improved performance and fatigue resistance.
