In 1884 Mr. Julius Magee took the responsibility of his father's mill on his shoulders. Women used to spend all their time in cooking, so Julius Magee wanted him to do something so that women would not have to work in the kitchen for hours. And finally in the year 1886, our and your favorite Maggi was born, Maggi was becoming famous all over the world. But in the year 1912, Julius Magee died in Sandali. After which Maggi Company was merged with Nestle in the year 1947.
All the ingredients used in Maggi come from our own Indian soil. The most important thing for Maggi is its flour which comes from every corner of India. Apart from this, the spices falling in Maggi, without which Maggi is incomplete. Of the 13 ingredients in Maggi's spice, red chili is imported from Andhra Pradesh, cumin and dry coriander from Rajasthan and yellow turmeric from Maharashtra. Apart from these, the information about the rest of the ingredients has been kept hidden from the world by Maggi's company till now.

Making Maggi begins with the testing of wheat and other ingredients that are harvested in the factory. More than 500 tests are done here. After which the wheat flour is kneaded well through these big machines. As it progresses, thin and long sheets of this dough are made, after which this machine shapes them and cuts them into equal parts. After which it is stemmed, in which almost 80 percent Maggi gets cooked.

Maggi masalas are put in these big machines and they are just mixed for the whole 2 hours. After which these spices are roasted for 2 hours i.e. roasted, after which these spices are put in a grinding machine where they are powdered and these spices are packed in high quality packaging bags. Have to pass 650 tests. Now in the process of packaging, one machine keeps the magic masala with each piece of Maggi and the other keeps filling it in beautiful yellow Maggi bags.
