So when we wake up in the morning, our biggest mistake is to snooze the alarm. Guys this is very bad thing and I am noise 90 to 95% people do this mistake. This is not good at all. Due to this, a person becomes independent and at the same time it also breaks our sleep cycle. Snoozing the alarm doesn't make much difference to the sleep we get for 10 minutes, but because our sleep breaks down and our sleep cycle breaks, we feel sluggish and tired throughout the day. That's why it is good that we set an alarm of perfect timing and follow it with discipline.

Now what do 99% of people do when they wake up in the morning? Check your mobile, scroll Instagram right? So guise this is not a good thing at all. Half an hour after waking up in the morning is alpha time for our brain. Whatever we see, hear, do at this time is saved in our subconscious mind and remains in our memory for a long time. That's why we are asked to study in the morning. Taking the negativity of social media in mind at this time can ruin our whole day. That's why in the morning we should think only and only positive things.

After that comes morning sunbath. The biggest mistake that most of the people make after waking up in the morning is keeping themselves in the dark. To do so is a very wrong thing. As soon as you wake up in the morning, let your body go to the lights. Lights do not mean tubes and bulbs that run on electricity. Sunlight from nature is very important for our body. Most people just know that we get vitamin D from morning sunlight, but apart from this, it is also very effective for us psychologically. Being in the morning sunlight helps us to have a positive attitude and more alert throughout the day. Whereas by staying in the dark in the morning, our mind starts thinking negative. So as soon as you wake up in the morning, first of all remove the curtains of your bedroom.

Another common mistake that almost everyone makes daily is the use of hot water while taking a bath. While taking bath, we should take only cold water, unless the weather is very cold and even at such times we should take luke warm water i.e. light warm water. Psychology says that bathing with cold water always keeps our mind active, on the contrary, bathing with hot water keeps us lazy throughout the day. Another thing where some people take bath because it is just our daily routine. Then doesn't it take even 5 minutes to come after taking a bath and this thing is not good at all. While taking bath we have to take proper feel when water collides with our body. It helps to refresh our mind. And beyond that, for those who do not take bath, no matter how many cups of coffee you drink, it will not keep you fresh

After bathing, most of the people have to face a lot of difficulty in choosing their clothes. In choosing their clothes, some of the same people waste a lot of time in finding their misplaced clothes. Not only is this time wasting but it adds to your stress and the needless tension in the morning can affect your mission ahead.
