1:03 As mentioned in video - ring blocked the signal from the immobilizer chip. This is what an immobilizer chip is "The engine immobilizer is an anti-theft system built in the engine ECU. This system uses a special digitally coded key or a Smart Key fob. This key contains a transponder chip. It stores the electronic security code or simply the vehicle's password."
1:32 Customer seemed to hit a big pothole and damaged the rim on their Audi.
