MEALS , HAMSTRINGS & DAILY ROUTINE - JAMES HOLLINGSHEAD
Welcome back guys, so its been a couple of weeks and things are slowly getting back to normal in the UK, this means we can start to do a little more out of the gym content!
Hope you enjoy a little look into my day as we do some food at home before Training Hamstrings on our final deload week before resuming SST training. Currently 13 weeks out from the Alicante Pro Show.
