Michael Matheson denies watching the football that racked up the £11,000 ipad bill
The Scottish Health Secretary denied watching the football games which incurred the nearly £11,000 roaming bill.
Michael Matheson told journalists following his statement: “I didn’t watch the football. I didn’t even know the football was being watched.”
He also said he had not offered First Minister Humza Yousaf his resignation from cabinet.
Responding to questions from the media, Mr Matheson said: “No I haven’t. I don’t intend to. I intend to continue my work as MSP for Falkirk West and also to continue with the considerable responsibilities as Health Secretary.”
