Does Piriformis Syndrome exist? How do we diagnose it? How common is it? If the piriformis muscle is enlarged or tight, can it entrap or compress or pinch a nerve (the sciatic nerve causing sciatica)? What does all this mean for your (literal) deep pain in the butt/glute and how to find relief?
