Fusilli fatti utilizzando la macchinetta per fare la pasta, stendedo il panetto tra i rulli, fino ad uno spessore 3 su 7 disponibili, quindi non troppo sottile. Tagliando la sfoglia in quadrati e passandoli nelle lame delle tagliatelle, si ottengono listarelle spesse e della lunghezza desiderata, pronte da avvolgere sul fuso: questr'ultima operazione non è semplificabile, per ora!
Fusilli made using the machine for the dough. Rolling out the dough between the rollers, to thickness of 3 on 7 available, so not too thin. Cut the dough into squares and passing them in the Tagliatelle blades, so the strips will be ready to be wound by the rod: this last step is not be simplified, for now!
