Un suite addition on top of hill creating a beautiful workshop on crawl space.

The addition's design features a spacious en-suite that includes a bathroom and a walk-in closet. To accommodate this new space, we extended the existing house towards the front. Due to the house's location on a hill, the floor of the extension was elevated, creating enough height in the crawl space beneath it to be repurposed as a workshop. Surprisingly, the workshop's entrance is also from the front, making it easily accessible.

Both the workshop and the master bedroom within the addition benefit from a stunning view. This thoughtful design allows the occupants to enjoy the beautiful surroundings while they work in the workshop or relax in the comfort of their en-suite master bedroom. The captivating vistas add to the overall appeal and enjoyment of the home.
