Hibiscus Tea is a very common & quite refreshing natural drink. It is called Wonjor in The Gambia, Zobo in Nigeria, Bisap in Senegal and another common name is sorrel. It has a lot of health benefits so try not to use too much sugar. Use fresh fruit juice instead- I used pineapple in this video.
