Hello everyone! In this Grill With Me episode, I will be using the smoker to cook Pork Ribs. One rack of ribs will be cooked with a Green Chile sauce and the other rack will be cooked with a blended mixture of Chipotle Peppers in Adobo sauce and BBQ sauce. This has been one of my favorite recipes I have made. The idea came to me randomly, as I have been obsessed with green salsa. Hmmm, why can't it be mixed in with ribs???
