Barbacoa

Barbacoa is a method of cooking meat and the meat itself (historically lamb or goat, though beef or pork that produces tender and juicy results. Barbacoa is traditionally steam-cooked underground, but modern Barbacoa can be prepared over an open fire, on the stove, or in a slow cooker. This dish is very special because of how wonderfully the marinade penetrates the flavors of the meat and vegetables. This recipe is perfect for parties where you have many people to feed delicious food. In this video, I am demonstrating how to prepare Barbacoa Sinaloa style as I have learned from my mother.
