Still Rings Basics: Master the RTO Support Hold with Antranik
The rings support hold is a crucial preparatory exercise one needs to master to build the straight-arm strength necessary for doing things above the rings. It's also imperative you master this before attempting dips on the rings, because you need to know how to lock-out, straighten the arms and turn the rings out at the top of each dip.The journey is really fun as it's quite humbling in with all the shaking associated with it in the beginning.
