L-Handstand Wall Runs with Antranik

Tapping the shoulders in a L-Stand is easier than in a regular wall handstand. To be on the safe side, you should be comfortable in a regular chest-to-wall handstand before performing this. This is a good stepping stone before doing them in a full handstand. It will reveal whether one arm is much weaker than the other and help even them up. To make it harder, you could increase the time/reps and/or slow down the tempo so you spend more time on one hand.
