A 20-min follow-along practice to build mobility / stability, work your core, and get your heart rate up. Great for active recovery or as a complement to strength / high intensity training.

This is session suitable for beginners to primal / natural movement training...though not necessarily beginners to fitness. The movements require a certain level of strength, mobility, and body awareness. I encourage viewers to use props and make modifications as needed.

Be patient with yourself. Don't worry about comparisons or keeping up...you do you. Have fun & keep on moving!
