35 Minute Tempo

Having now spent almost a month living in Boulder, Colorado at 5250ft (1600m) elevation, I'm gradually adjusting to the altitude and the training sessions are becoming more specific.

Today's workout: 25min warm up (Zone 1), 35min tempo run (290 watts), 15min cool down prescribed by my coach Bobby McGee and I'm joined by Evan Schwartz.
