LACTOSE INTOLERANCE IS A MYTH (DEBUNKING LACTOSE INTOLERANCE)

In today's world, so many people that consume dairy products react to them badly and they are told by the medical industry that its due to these people having lactose intolerance.

So due to people being told this, they go on with there life believing this and they either avoid dairy products fully or they continue eating them and just suffer from the negative effects that the dairy products induce in them or they only consume lactose-free dairy products which seems to stop them reacting to dairy.

The people who switch to lactose-free dairy products only in their diet and get no reaction from consuming these, they then fully believe that lactose was what was causing them to feel bad from lactose-containing dairy products.

When in fact this is not fully true, instead what is true is that pasteurized milk completely destroys the naturally occurring enzyme known as lactase that is found in raw (unpasteurized) milk and this enzyme is what is needed for the body to fully break down lactose.

Pasteurization of milk is the issue and not lactose itself due to the reason I have explained above, I go into full detail on all of the above, and I also fully debunk the lactose intolerance myth, why some people still react to milk even if it's raw or lactose-free due to histamines or due to most milk containing A1 beta-casein and not A2 beta-casein and much more on raw milk and pasteurization of milk.
