20-Minute Upper Body Workout (Dumbbell Only) | V SHRED

Superset 1: Perform 3 rounds, resting as little as possible between exercises and 60 sec. between rounds.

Incline dumbbell chest press 30 sec.
Incline dumbbell row 30 sec.

Superset 2: Perform 3 rounds, resting as little as possible between exercises and 60 sec. between rounds.

Seated dumbbell shoulder press 30 sec.
Plank shoulder taps 30 sec.

Superset 3: Perform 3 rounds, resting as little as possible between exercises and 60 sec. between rounds.

Standing dumbbell curl 30 sec.
Dumbbell skull crusher 30 sec.

🏋️‍♂️ No Rep Counting, Just Time-based Intensity! 🏋️‍♀️

We're ditching the rep counting and challenging ourselves with time-based exercises! But don't worry if you don't want to deal with the timer, you can do 10-12 reps of each movement, then rest a minute and dive back in!

If you don't have a bench, you can perform floor presses for the first exercise. These "floor presses" will still target your chest and arms effectively. And for the second exercise, we've got standing bent-over dumbbell rows to sculpt your back muscles!
