Mung bean cakes, a classic summer dessert in China, which go great with a cup of tea. A simple dessert with a minimum amount of ingredients. Mung beans (http://amzn.to/2hqz9z1) are not only healthy but also believed to have a cooling effect according to the Chinese medicine which is perfect for summer.

You can cut the amount of sugar in the recipe as you like. It's important to keep the bean paste moist, but not too sticky. You will be able to find the correct consistency after working on it a couple of times.
