Tory MSP's confused looks at rambling SNP answer to question
As questions were asked about ongoing industrial action in schools Joe FitzPatrick gave a rambling response to Tory Liam Kerr.
Mr Kerr asked: "To fund the teachers’ pay deal last year, the Government cut £155 million from elsewhere in the education budget. Does the minister expect further cuts in the education budget when the Government inevitably intervenes to resolve the current dispute?"
Mr FitzPatrick responded with a lengthy reply, avoiding the question completely.
