The launch of Lada Niva in Soviet Union (USSR) - 1977 (Part 2)

This time we translated the interview with Lada Niva test pilot Vadim Kotlyarov. During the interview, Kotlyarov highlighted the qualities already addressed by the previously translated video, that Niva combined characteristics of great off-road capability, typical of a jeep, and good comfort and speed, typical of a passenger car. In addition, the test pilot said about the Niva's 4x4 traction system, which does not turn off, unlike other cars in the same segment. He also said about the car's external appearance, which is similar to a regular car and seems to cast doubt on the car's off-road capability.
