Tabata- "20 seconds ON, 10 seconds OFF for 4 Minutes"
1. Jumping Jacks
2. Downward Dog
3. Single Leg Deadlifts
4. Push-Up with Rotation
5. Squats
6. Handstand (or plank)
7. Lunge Jumps
8. Mountain Climbers
