Teaching and Education Conference 2022 - speaker Adrian Bethune

Award-winning author and teacher, Adrian Bethune, is running a workshop called 'Developing Swimmer Wellbeing' at this year's Teaching and Education Conference focusing on why wellbeing is so integral to learning and improving performance.

The session will focus on the importance of swimming teachers cultivating positive emotions in their students to inspire them and help them fulfil their potential.

Adrian will share some of the key research from the science of wellbeing, as well as giving attendees practical ideas to take away and put into practice in the pool.
