TEACHING SQUAT BASICS WHEN GETTING HEAVY! QUAD PUMPS & CARDIO!

Hey Team!!

We are back in the gym after our vacation, and while it was great to be somewhere else.... I needed to workout! So here we are. Started with some VERY high intensity workouts and then into a HEAVY SQUAT for REPS.
