TEACHING THE SNATCH & GETTING A PUMP! How I put BODYBUILDING into my CROSSFIT Training.

Hey TEAM!

So today we have a full on workout VLOG with a lot of tips and tricks. A bunch of great workouts that I will post below for you! I would suggest doing the snatch in a different session or a before the PUMP session just to make sure you can move your arms! I had about a 4 hour break in between.

Go get this one! Work that snatch, get a pump!!! HAVE A GREAT DAY!
