10 muscle ups with acceptable form!
Now I should move to good form, i.e. with straight body.
What did I do to perform these 10 muscle-ups?
1) Cardio warm up to increase my heartbeat rate. In my previous attempts I felt like my cardiovascular system is not ready for such load.
2) Cardio/endurance training in previous 3 trainings. I've been doing sit-ups (with weight or without it) to keep my heartbeat frequency high during all the training. Reminds me about boxing training.
3) No training till failure during 3-4 last trainings. This means that I do light or not too heavy sets, until I can do just 2 muscle-ups. But I don't go down to 1 set with 1 rep. This seems good, because I probably can't recover from very heavy training of muscle-ups during next 2 days.
