Gathering Firewood in Deep Snow, Fail.
Come along as I try to bring in the last few loads of firewood before the snow melts. Checkout the challenges of walking through the bush in Central Ontario after a solid year of snow with depths still exceeding 24inches going into the second week of April. Days like today are beautiful out in the bush, but then again, so is the sound of the gas furnace firing up from the comfort of my lazy-boy (I don't have a furnace by the way, but one can dream). Ah well, heating for free is well-worth the effort in my books! Here we go.
