No Cost Sawmill Dust Collector | Drilling Holes in my New Sawmill (yikes)

Sometimes I find myself thinking up ideas on my own, other days I try out your ideas. Today is the later. After blowing around the internet and finding some OK ideas, I came across this idea to use a 5 gallon pail as a dust collection system for my Woodland Mills HM130Max portable sawmill. With no experience with this time of dust collector I'm giving the idea a test-run on today's episode to see whether it's worth having or whether it's just a tacky add-on. Not a lot of money is invested in this project with no actual cost if you have a few nuts and bolts hanging around including a 5 gallon pail. I'm a bit skeptical of this idea as you'll see in the video as the saw dust does fly out of the sawmill pretty fast and I'm not sure whether I"ll be able to catch it all or not or whether it will just end up on the ground anyways. Regardless, I like trying this out so today we will do just that. Glad your'e all along for the ride. Here we go!
