There are so many French stereotypes in this series: on French culture, French people, French food... As a french nutritionist living in Paris, I thought I would react to the food clichés in Emily in Paris. I'll either debunk them or tell you if they are true!

*Do French people eat croissants for breakfast all the time?
*Do French people smoke instead of eating?
*Do French people really have super long lunch breaks?
*Is it true that French people have wine all day long?
*Do French people shop at markets?
*Is it true that French people don't clean their cooking pans?
*Do all French people eat their meat rare?
*Is it true that the customer isn't king in France?
*Are French women allowed to pour their own wine at the dinner table?
*Do French people think French food is better than American food, and find American food disgusting?
