FULL BODY DUMBBELL ROUTINE (FOR ALL FITNESS LEVEL) || 50KG FOREVER

Believe it or not, you don't need access to an expensive gym to build muscle, Lose weight, Burn fat or get stronger. What you do need is a basic understanding of some principles and a set of dumbbells. The only caveat is that you need a wide enough range of dumbbells to allow progressively increase the amount of weight you use and to lift as heavy as you can.
Here is at home full body workouts using dumbbells.

Description: Repeat this circuit 3 times and rest for 60 seconds between set.

Exercises:
1️⃣Single handed front raises
2️⃣Tricep extension
3️⃣Dumbbell curl with squats
4️⃣Dumbbell deadlift
5️⃣Dumbbell curls
6️⃣Single handed lateral raises
7️⃣Standing chest press (closed)
8️⃣Dumbbell hammer curls
