10 Minute Bodyweight Leg Workout | Level 1 (No Equipment)
Here is the first of many 10 minute leg workout videos to come on this Youtube channel, this is a 10 minute leg workout that requires no gym or equipment at all so you have zero excuses to not do it.
This leg workout is designed more for entry level people or beginners, it consists of 15 different exercises with just 10 seconds rest in between each exercise, and if you feel you want to do more than one round go for 2-3 rounds in total!
This type of leg workout will help you build strength in your legs quite rapidly over time whilst also giving you a good cardio workout that will burn calories and fat to help you go towards the physique you desire.
Be ready to challenge yourself and remember do not give in to your mind's weaknesses when doing this workout because they will come and when they do you need to embrace them and just push through them.
