Vertigo Exercises - Strengthen Your Inner Ear to Fix Dizziness!
Vertigo and dizziness are disabling. If you suffer from vertigo, you need to strengthen your inner ear with vertigo exercises. The vestibular system is no different than a muscle. If you don't use it you lose it! This video will show vertigo exercises that we use in physical therapy and a detailed program for strengthening the inner ear and visual system to stop dizziness. The eyes and inner ear are tightly connected when it comes to vertigo. If they are not working together perfectly, inconsistent signals go to your brain causing vertigo. Fortunately, there are exercises you can do to improve the consistency of those signals. Follow along and I will show you the way we help these conditions in physical therapy.
