FATE: THE WINX SAGA Season 3 Canceled by Netflix Despite High Viewership & Great Reviews

Fate: The Winx Saga Season 3 is CANCELED by Netflix. Brian Young, the show’s creator and showrunner, commented on the cancelation news on his Instagram, saying that knowing how many viewers loved the show is a silver lining, but a heartbreaking one. Speaking about fans love for Fate: The Winx Saga, we were VERY surprised that the show was canned because Season 2 release in September landed in #2 spot on the Netflix Top-10 most-watched list and remained on Top-10 for five weeks. It is sad and puzzling to us that it wasn’t enough to secure a Season 3 renewal. With nearly 50 thousand ratings on IMDb, the show has a high viewer score of 6.8 with tons of glowing reviews. Oh, well. 24-year old Abigail Cowen, who played Bloom, is currently filming a thriller movie Electra in Rome with Oscar-nominated Borat 2 actress Maria Bakalova. 25-year old Precious Mustapha, who played Aisha, will next star in the new Amazon thriller drama series The Power which is set to come out in early 2023.
