Hip Flexors + Foam Rolling | ANNA VICTORIA
Hi guys! As I mentioned, this video is just touching the surface of the hip flexor topic. I've learned the hard way how to rehabilitate my hip flexors and it's still a work in progress. Comment below with any thoughts or questions!

UPPER GLUTE FOAM ROLL
LOWER BACK - DO NOT FOAM ROLL
UPPER BACK - OK TO FOAM ROLL :)
