Ingredients for skin :
250g glutinous rice flour (糯米粉)
30g tapioca flour (木薯粉)
1 tbsp caster sugar (细砂糖)
2 tbsp oil(油)
240ml water(水)
1/2 tsp of carrot powder (红萝卜粉)
1/3 tsp of beetroot powder (甜菜根粉)
Ingredients for filling :
150g split green peas (washed, soaked for 4 hours, steamed and mashed) (绿豆瓣浸4小时,蒸熟压成泥)
125ml water (水)
1 1/2 tbsp fried shallot oil (炸葱油)
75g caster sugar (细砂糖)
1/4 tsp salt(盐)
