SIMPLE 6 PACK ABS ROUTINE // All you need is the floor

This is how I like to train my abs:

6 exercises per round. Anywhere from 45 seconds to 75+ seconds per exercise depending on fitness level. No rest in between exercises for maximum time under tension. Repeat entire round for 2-3 times, with 3-5 minutes rest in between rounds.
